We build SCADA, MES and custom web applications for manufacturers, water and wastewater utilities, food and beverage plants, data centers and foundries.
Smaller projects are often finished in under two months. Larger ones run across several plants or sites. Each ends with a system that is commissioned, documented and in production, and the engineer who scopes it carries it through startup.
New Ignition systems, full replacements of existing ones, and custom web applications in React. We design the architecture, build and commission the system, and hand it over with documentation your staff can work from.
Most of our engineering hours go here. Senior Ignition engineers join your project and work to your standards, schedule and backlog. When the work ends, the system is still yours.
MES, ERP, multi-site rollouts, and migrations from Wonderware, FactoryTalk or an older version of Ignition. We are usually brought in when this part of the work is what stopped the project.
One stalled project, or a whole platform that no one can explain anymore. We establish where it stands, then either finish it or give you a plan your own team can follow.
Each one ends with a written deliverable that you keep, whether or not you hire us afterward.
Send us one gateway backup. In five business days you receive every risk we found, ranked by severity and by the effort needed to fix it.
For a system that has stalled or that no one can explain. We interview the people who operate it, observe it running, and deliver a costed plan with the work in the order it should be done.
For a new system, an expansion, a migration or a multi-site rollout. We settle the architecture before anyone starts building, and write it so any team can build from it.
If you're not sure which one fits, call us at (877) 318-0200 and we'll connect you with the right engineer.
Each page describes systems we built. Most of our customers can't be named, so we describe the work instead.
Factory MES rolled out plant by plant, OEE and andon, SPC, and ERP integration.
Perspective SCADA modernization, operator logbooks, alarm dashboards and remote sites.
OEE on packaging and bottling lines, QA checks, and plant floor data that matches the ERP.
Electrical and mechanical monitoring, device templates from register lists, PUE reporting.
Part 11 recipe management and batch records, and how we approach a regulated plant.
Melt, pour and scrap traced to their causes, by engineers who came from foundries.
After a Foundry 4.0 session at CastExpo, owner Mark Soucie asked us what it would take to run his foundry on data. We scoped the infrastructure, Ferroloy put it in place, and our foundry engineers led the build. These are the targets we set together at kickoff:
Mark Soucie confirmed in 2026 that Ferroloy reached its targets.
We use AI to write code faster and to look through process data. A senior engineer designs, reviews, tests and commissions everything that touches live equipment.
What runs on your gateway is ordinary, predictable Ignition logic. It reads before it writes, writes are gated, and nothing runs on its own against live equipment. The engineer's name goes on the commissioning report.
Many engineers know our work from these resources before they first contact us.

Jerry Eppler and Jae Park were engineers at Inductive Automation before founding Artek in 2020. Our Director of Delivery joins discovery meetings so that what we promise matches what you need, and runs delivery on most of our projects. Three of our engineers came from foundries. One of them spent more than 20 years at Huron Casting, where his Ignition project won an Inductive Automation Firebrand Award in 2014.
Each of these is public, or written into our contracts.
Call us and we'll connect you with the right engineer. If we're not the right fit for the work, we'll tell you.
