Manufacturing is our largest area of work. We have built MES for plants that make HVAC equipment, wood products, building components and vehicles, along with OEE, andon, quality and test-lab applications. Customers are described by type rather than by name.
Each is a real project. Hours shown are billed engineering hours.
An Ignition MES rolled out plant by plant across three plants: schedule import, andon with IP horns, takt time and OEE, kiosk stations, label and QR printing, and track-and-trace.
A plant-wide MES built on an ISA-95 data model, tracking every part from sorting through shipping, with mobile scanning, SPC quality tests, a maintenance module and a Power BI data mart.
An MES with digital work instructions, andon, defect tracking, label printing and two-way NetSuite work-order integration, with single sign-on.
OEE first, then a flexible MES for an AGV-driven assembly line: work instructions, QA, defects, andon, torque tools and VIN tracking, plus laser VIN engraving tied to the ERP.

We start with one line or one plant, prove the system there, and then roll it out to the rest.
We work three ways: an MES we build ourselves on an ISA-95 data model, Kanoa MES from our partner Kanoa, or Sepasoft's MES modules, which we have also deployed and supported. The right choice depends on how standard your process is and who will maintain the system after handover.
Yes. We've integrated plants with NetSuite (two-way work orders), SAP and Oracle, and carried a plant's integration through a move from M3 to SAP S/4HANA.
Smaller projects are often finished in under two months. A multi-plant MES rolls out one plant at a time, so each plant after the first goes faster, building on a system the first plant has already proven.
Yes. We've integrated Atlas Copco torque tools over Open Protocol, barcode and QR scanning on phones and kiosks, and Zebra label printers.
